Gary Berquist is the owner and lead inspector of Joe the Home Pro Columbus. Based in Hope, Indiana, he serves buyers and sellers across South Central Indiana — and when you schedule an inspection, he's the one on your roof, in your crawlspace, and on the phone walking you through the report.
Gary brings more than 40 years in the hospitality industry to home inspection, along with a background as a business consultant and business owner. It's a career built on service and attention to detail — the same standard he brings to every home he inspects.
A husband and father of two, Gary settled in Hope after growing up in New Boston, Michigan, and spends his free time outdoors. His philosophy is simple: inspect every home like a family member is buying it, explain everything in plain language, and never let a client walk into a closing with questions.
